The contract was formalized in November 2021 and, since then, Ortobom has been working on the development of data management that unifies their more than 36,000 points of sale, allowing each department of their factories and distributors to fulfill their roles more efficiently by reducing the time-to-market throughout their catalog.
Currently, Ortobom has 18 factories, more than 220 varieties of products and is recognized as the largest network of mattress franchises in the world. With its continuous expansion and increase in online sales, the unification of the information of all its products, in various sales channels, has become a challenge.
“With this partnership, we will be able to generate more transparency in sales, as well as indicators that allow us to audit each stage of the processes and identify possible risks,” said Rodrigo Boschetti, Head of Retail at Stibo Systems in Brazil. “With Stibo Systems master data management, Ortobom will be able to focus its efforts on creating exceptional products that meet the needs of its consumers in Brazil and Latin America.”
“Stibo Systems' solution helps us integrate all areas involved in product lifecycle management, making the process more optimized and efficient and directed the focus of our teams on the delivery of rich product information to our customers,” said Reinam Ribeiro, Marketing Director at Ortobom.
“Considering the R&D processes that permeates our entire company, having all the product data available just a click away brings enormous benefits to a company the size of Ortobom, where thousands of employees are involved in some part or stage of these processes,” said André Gil, R&D Manager at Ortobom.
