Aarhus, Denmark, April 24, 2025 – Leading master data management (MDM) solution provider Stibo Systems today announced the appointment of Thomas Møgelmose as Chief Financial Officer and Michael Blough as Chief Sales Officer. These strategic additions to the executive team signal the company’s commitment to accelerating growth and delivering operational excellence across its global business.
Thomas Møgelmose joins as Chief Financial Officer, based in Aarhus, Denmark. A seasoned finance executive with deep experience within global software enterprises, Møgelmose most recently served as group CFO at Gram Equipment and, previously, Systematic A/S. He has held leadership roles across finance operations, business strategy and transformation programs. As CFO, he will lead Stibo Systems’ financial strategy, drive operational scale and business excellence.

Based in the United States, Blough has built and led high-performing teams at companies including Oracle, SAP and DXC, with a track record of transforming go-to-market strategies and driving multimillion-dollar growth across regions and verticals. In his new role leading Stibo Systems’ global sales organization, he is responsible for strengthening customer relationships, expanding partner engagement, and driving revenue growth worldwide.
