Russ Simpson

Russ Simpson is Stibo Systems' Chief Human Resources Officer. Russ leads our Global People & Culture (P&C) organization which comprises the Talent Acquisition, P&C Business Partner, Global Programs and OD Programs, and P&C Operations teams. This team works to empower passionate, capable and innovative professionals to drive the business towards spectacular results.

Russ joined Stibo Systems in 2013 supporting the Americas Region. Since that time, Russ has held a variety of progressively larger roles and led a variety to Global Initiatives and Programs building the foundation of what has become the Global People & Culture Organization.

Russ completed his Bachelor of Science in Education and Master of Organization Development from the University of Georgia located in Athens, Georgia. In addition, he holds a Bachelor of Information Technology from Clayton State University located in Morrow, Georgia.
