Software and data industry veteran Niels Stenfeldt, joined Stibo Systems as the chief executive officer in 2018. Niels is now focused on leading Stibo Systems into the next era of growth and transformative innovation – always driven by the business needs of Stibo Systems’ customers.
His modern leadership style, focusing on listening to, representing and leading the collective wisdom and experience of colleagues, customers and other stakeholders, encourages a transparent and collaborative work environment and organization.
Niels brings more than 15 years of experience serving in global leadership positions, successfully driving growth and operational excellence at some of the world’s largest software companies, including Danaher, OpenText, SAP and Oracle. His broad experience base includes leading everything from sales and marketing, to partner and channel strategy, to full P&L responsibility for global organizations.
Niels holds a master of science degree in business economics & auditing from Copenhagen Business School as well as a change management degree from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
Having joined Stibo Systems in 2017 as the president of North America, Brad Crosby works to ensure that customers continue to capitalize on data in order to achieve high-value outcomes and optimize business operations.
He’s an energetic and innovative enterprise software executive with the approach to winning being that he wins when his customer wins. He encourages a high level of accountability within his teams while always treating people with dignity and respect.
Brad has over 25 years of experience managing data management software companies and a deep expertise in the MDM world. With an impressive track record of achieving a 20+ percent per year growth record, he has helped drive growth, expand partner programs, improve customer satisfaction and increase employee engagement at companies such as Actian Corporation, BDNA Corporation and Informatica.
Brad holds a bachelor of business administration in marketing from the University of Georgia.
Christian Oertzen is the president of EMEA and managing director in Germany at Stibo Systems. Christian has a great passion for driving digital business transformations as well as for innovation, new technologies, cloud strategies and global solution selling.
With his hands-on approach and belief in strong team dynamics and transparency, Christian has established his reputation through execution on set goals, leading by example and his capability to foster change.
At Stibo Systems, he is leveraging his 25+ years of experience from global companies such as Salesforce, Avaya and Dell EMC to further drive business value for Stibo Systems’ customers and partners across Europe.
In addition to his educational background and hands-on qualifications in wholesale and foreign trade, Christian holds an executive education from Babson College and IMD Lausanne, several Krauthammer trainings and he has also participated in the executive leadership program at the EMC Academy.
Prashant Bhatia is the global chief product and marketing officer for Stibo Systems focused on connecting product innovations to customer-focused results linking both product strategy and marketing.
Prashant continues developing and improving Stibo Systems’ go-to-market strategy as well as the Stibo Systems brand. His inspiring visions are now leading Stibo Systems to future growth.
Prashant is a seasoned professional with more than 20 years in the enterprise software industry, where he has led various solutions, visions and strategies at successful companies such as JDA, SAP and Manhattan Associates. His love for sports and years of coaching experience have taught him that winners don’t wait for something to happen, they make it happen and that’s exactly what he is doing at Stibo Systems.
Prashant holds a bachelor degree in electrical engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
Bjarne Hald is the chief technology officer for Stibo Systems and is responsible for technology platforms and the global R&D organization.
Passionate about creating technology that provides real value to customers, Bjarne sold his first home-developed software components in his teens and has continued to develop software professionally ever since.
At Stibo Systems, he has worked both as a software developer and product manager before heading up the development of Stibo Systems’ master data management platform from 2003 and taking on the CTO role in 2012. Since 2016 he has been deeply engaged in managing the development of Stibo Systems’ new cloud platform and the Tagglo service.
Bjarne holds a Ph.D. in computer science from the Technical University of Denmark.
A skilled veteran of the computer software industry, Hans Jørgen Kahr is the director of global support services at Stibo Systems.
Hans Jørgen is an emphatic people management leader and a strong business development professional who knows his way around business processes, systems management administration, requirement analyses, and application and technical support services.
Having been with the Stibo organization for over 38 years in numerous positions, more than 30 of them focused on supporting enterprise software, Hans Jørgen understands and embraces the culture leadership and lives by Stibo Systems’ core values of being humble but confident.
Hans Jørgen is a professional graduate of the Graphic High School in Copenhagen and holds a degree in management.
Jesper Ejlersen has been with Stibo Systems since 2016 and now works as the group chief financial officer for the entire Stibo Group, including Stibo Systems. In addition, he has the global leadership responsibility for Stibo Systems’ Asia-Pacific and Latin America organizations.
A result-oriented and involved leader, Jesper believes as much in people as he does in numbers. His philosophy is that a good leader is one who knows the way, goes the way and shows the way. A philosophy he picked up years ago when he was a captain in the Danish army reserve.
Jesper has +20 years of experience working with finance and IT for technology and manufacturing companies such as EG, Terma Elektronik and PwC.
He holds a master of science degree in finance and accounting from Aarhus University.
