As a bachelor or master student in the Accelerator program in Aarhus, you get to select your own project. We help you find a mentor and an industry partner and provide you with your own workspace, complimentary lunch, and access to a community with other students that provides valuable feedback and insights.

Supporting students is our top priority! Share your interests with us, and we'll guide you in discovering the perfect idea for your project or thesis. Our past students have explored a variety of subjects, including IoT, UX Design, Machine Learning, Digital Transformation, Robotics, Customer Experience, Business Intelligence, Software Development, among others.

Stibo Systems Accelerator primarily serves as a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) endeavor, aimed at enriching and giving back to the educational institutions that provide us with future professionals, as well as contributing to the industry sectors we operate within.

Central to the Stibo Systems Accelerator research approach is the execution of projects in close collaboration with the markets we serve and the innovative partners within our extensive network.

Our objectives include:

averting students’ performance dip,
bridging the gap between academic learning and practical application for students,
establishing optimal conditions for projects, enabling students to dedicate themselves to assisting real businesses and individuals facing genuine challenges.

3) Shaping Tomorrow's Future

4) Stibo Systems Accelerator in Denmark

In this program, students work on projects based on their own interest in partnership with an industry partner. They are granted the opportunity to collaborate with a C-level executive for strategic guidance. Additionally, the students meet with the industry partner for an initial meeting, a mid-term review, and a final presentation and debriefing session.

5) Project-Based Collaboration

In this setup, students focus on a particular case project provided by your organization. They are given access to relevant data and can reach out to a designated contact person equipped with practical expertise for any queries. The program begins with a kick-off meeting, typically online. Throughout the project, students benefit from weekly guidance from a Stibo Systmes mentor and participate in both the mid-term assessment and a concluding presentation

What to expect

As a student Upon joining the Stibo Systems Accelerator program, you'll be warmly welcomed into our community. Your journey will begin with initiating work on your thesis or project. Early on, you'll have the opportunity to clearly define the scope and objectives of your project. A key part of your experience will be meeting your mentor, who will provide guidance and support through weekly meetings.

A significant step in the program involves finding a partnering company to collaborate with, enhancing the practical application of your project. As you progress, you will complete your thesis or project and submit it to your school.

Additionally, you'll receive pitch training and present your project findings to Stibo Systems employees to refine your presentation skills. Finally, your achievements will be celebrated as you're honored in our Hall of Fame, recognizing your hard work and contributions.

As an industry partner Your experience with us will begin with a kick-off meeting to find out if there is a match between your company and our students. If that’s the case, and you decide to become partner company, you will be invited for remote meetings with the students when needed.

At the end, we’ll have a closing event, where you'll have the opportunity to see the outcome of the project and provide your feedback.
