At Stibo Systems, sustainability isn’t just a lofty goal. It’s a key initiative and commitment to building a better business and better world.
Our latest sustainability report explores how we’re reducing our environmental impact, investing in our people and helping customers achieve their own sustainability goals through master data management.
We’ve worked hard to meet our sustainability goals. Here’s how we're tracking:
When setting our targets for the 2024-2025 fiscal year, we made sure they aligned with the four core pillars of our sustainability strategy.
We've achieved a 54.61% reduction in scope 3 emissions by migrating customers to our cloud-based SaaS solutions. Targets also include reaching net-zero across greenhouse gas emissions across our value chain by 2050 and sourcing 100% renewable electricity by 2030.
We've increased the number of women in leadership from 23% to 27% and launched the Minds of Tomorrow program for early-career talent. Employees get two days for learning and two for rest each year, supporting work-life balance.
176 employees volunteered across seven countries through initiatives like World Cleanup Day, food donations and career coaching for underrepresented groups. We're also planting a tree for every new employee and customer — 1,000+ trees so far.
Through the Stibo Systems Sustainability Data Cloud, we help customers meet compliance requirements and achieve sustainability goals by providing the foundation for meaningful environmental action.
We're developing a comprehensive climate transition plan, implementing an environmental management system aligned with ISO 14001, and advancing diversity and inclusion efforts beyond gender representation.
