As member of Professional Services EMEA you will be directly liaising with the Management Team, the Project Management Office team as well as the Project Managers operating out of the Professional Service EMEA team.

Your focus will be to support Project Managers in implementing or upgrading Stibo Systems STEP based solutions and Stibo Team Leads supporting our partners in implementing or upgrading the STEP based solutions. You will be responsible for providing project information to the Professional Services team. You will monitor that Stibo Systems project implementation guidelines and standards are followed. 

This applies to projects and initiatives where Stibo Systems is priming and if applicable in projects primed by partners.

Objectives and responsibilities:
You will have a broad interface and engagement internally within Stibo Systems as well as externally in relation to customers and partners.

Your primary objectives are as follows:
•Assist Project Managers with daily operational activities like:
•Project initiation (collaboration environment, scheduling, …);
•Project maintenance (budget, estimate to completion, invoicing,  
reporting, resource assignment, …);
•Deliver non-complex projects autonomously;
•Monitoring critical issues and assisting in prioritization.
•Monitor that Project Managers become and remain compliant with Stibo Systems standards  
•Monitor that Project Managers perform according to the terms set out in agreement signed with customers and partners.
•Assistance to PS Management Team on ad-hoc questions.
•Monitor and support that project management plans are up to date.
•Maintenance of generic Project Delivery documentation on SharePoint.
•Organize project evaluations and generation of improvement suggestions.
•Collect and summarize lessons learned during the lifetime of a project.
•Suggest improvements to the PMO organisation and way of working to meet demands from the stakeholders.
•Support and execute improvement implementations.

Core professional skills and personal competencies:
 Experience required:
•Excellent communication, analysis, documentation, customer service and time management skills.  
•Experience in MS Office suite products including MS Project.
•Basic understanding of project terminology and methodologies (eg Prince2 Foundation)
•Flexible & able to adapt to changes in fast moving environment
•Ability to stand ground in following and enforcing standards once agreed.
•English business language skills in reading, writing and speaking.

Desirable Skills:
•extensive track record in managing customer facing projects
•Experience with MDM projects is a clear benefit
•Proficient in using MS Office suite including MS Project
•Certification in Project Management or equivalent
•Certification in PIM / MDM solutions is a clear benefit
