This role reports to the VP, Marketing Europe & APAC and can be based within any of our european offices: Germany, UK, France, Denmark or Amsterdam. The role will require travelling to various sites on a regular basis.
Objectives and responsibilities:
The Data Integrity Program Manager will be part of a global team supporting the cross-disciplinary efforts to build, establish, and continually strengthen our data integrity processes across multiple sales and marketing tools on a global scale.
You will work closely with the sales, account management and marketing teams as well as supporting the executive team and other key stakeholders.
Additional responsibilities include supporting all revenue-driven programs and events whilst ensuring a healthy and growing pipeline of demand generation activities making sure that they work well within our business processes.
Major responsibilities include:
•Build, establish, and continually strengthen our sales and marketing processes to ensure data integrity across multiple tools on a global scale.
•Create and streamline data collection, analysis procedures and systems and processes documentation.
•Collaborate with other departments and business leaders to ensure alignment across data integrity processes.
•Produce monthly reports for sales and marketing as well as regularly create reports and dashboards as needed by executive team.
•Serve as point of contact for all internal end users regarding data governance.
•Manage end user training across multiple platforms.
•Serve as a regional administrator for sales force, Discover.org, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hubspot and other related marketing tools.
•Work closely with Inbound Marketing Managers and Event Managers regarding campaigns, list segmentation and data management.
•Support other functions / duties regarding data governance as required.
Core professional skills and personal competences:
•Proven experience in Salesforce data management experience supporting multiple marketing automation and sales tools
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing, communications, business or related fields.
•Understand and able to convey best practice for CRM solutions.
•Track record of producing results through CRM solutions and data governance.
•Ability to build, lead and execute strategy in a cross-functional environment, perform in a changing environment, make things happen and have a can-do attitude.
•Analytical, organizational, and project management skills a must
•Self-starter and impeccable character qualities that match our company core values and inspire others to follow and act.
•Strong executive sales skills; proven ability to understand goals and objectives of the systems being managed.
•Understanding of modern marketing tools, lead generation and content creation.
•Experience in end user training to support the upskilling and development of StiboSystems Sales and Marketing teams as well as other teams across the business that utilise salesforce as a tool.
•Willingness to travel.
